    Default Decide on Harney

Made it to Harney yesterday. Were on the lake right at sunrise. Winds were calm and overcast. Only about 6 or seven boats on the lake. Had a good day and brought home 26. Threw back a lot of small ones . We stayed on the water till 12:30. Biggest was 13.5 inches. Bad part of the day was a couple of airboats were out , sure ruined a quiet day.

Are they always that dark or are they getting ready for spawn? Missouri crappie only get that dark at spawn. Great looking mess of fish, I'm envious as hell!

All the ones we have caught have been that dark, but a lot of them were filled with roe.
