The $$$'s your looking to spend, I wouldn't let a few vacation days and a road trip keep me from the boat I really wanted. Or check on freight cost.

Ok that's not a boat, but I decided to buy my lovely wife a new minivan instead. But don't feel sad for me gents, there was still enough meat on the bones to get me some fancy upgrades on my old boat!
The way I look at it, she needed a new car and I was getting myself locked into a boat based on the size of my garage that in the end may not be what I really want. I'd rather wait a couple years till we move and have a proper yard where I can store whatever kind of boat I want! In the mean time, this one is perfectly fine.
I'll be posting some pix of my upgrades when I get them installed. Got a set of SpyderLoks coming, an HB 1199, and some other goodies :) If I get enough lines in the water, I'll never have to learn how to hunt these creatures, will be happy with dumb luck every time LOL rotfl
Hey! If the lil lady is happy, everyone is happy = more fishing time = big win.
Congrats. Happy wife equals happy life.
I like the van. Been looking at upgrading ours from 10 miles to the gal to anything better. What kind is this and how's the gas?
Got her a 2012 Nissan Quest SV with 18k miles. Has some nice bells n whistles. Gets 21 mpg on her combo city/highway driving. Gets up to mid 20s highway.
I seen the quest nice looking .
Smart move on your part.

Know and understand what you mean about garage space - my 18.5 procraft plus
motor will not fit in garage - restricted community - have to store it in garage 2 1/2
mi away.
My wife just received completely new kitchen of "her" design - anything & everything
of her wanting including all appliances. My fishing time just increased 4 fold.
