The state has a law protecting the entire river prohibiting anything disposable. No coke cans, no ziplocs, no bags of chips etc, no alcohol. everything has to be in permanent containers like tupperware. So in your tackle box make sure that new crank bait isn't in the package and the culprit worms can't be in the bag they come in. The current is what makes it a great fishery. I haven't seen any specks in there though.
