    Default Good Monday morning


    Had a great time on Monday with the crappie and yellow perch. Caught 24 crappie and 16 perch, all fish caught in 10' to 15' FOW using twister tails spider rigging. No big jumbos but some nice eating size. Cant wait until December and get back to Florida crappie fishing. We just have 3 months and 26 days to go but who's counting.

    Totally agree, Christmas Day, we will be headed south for the winter. Lake Kissimmee and Camp Mach, here we come.

    Who's counting the days? I AM .................................. tired of this stinking heat already................ one good thing Vic?............. we have had ALOT of rain, the chain in general is higher then anything I've seen around here in 15 years.

    I have seen some with yellow and black splotches in those ponds around some restaurants, if you want to try them.

    Beautiful Perch Vic, wish they were near our area.............great to catch and
    so sweet to eat fried in butter.......They are nothing but gooooood
    Lake Erie & Michigan Perch- nothing better regarding a cold water related fish.
    Only one that might be better would be Walleye and then its "lights out" on flavor
    and good eating.........
