    Default Coming to Lake George In Mid April


    Anyone with any advice on where to bream fish on Lake George during this time.We will be staying in Georgetown. I am more familiar with the astor fla area and lakes dexter and woodrufff but got a free invite for this trip.

    Shoot a pm to country or southern young gun. One of them should be able to help ya. Dont fish that far north myself.

    North end of the lake is pretty popular. I checked the are this past full moon for bedding shellcracker and didnt even get a sniff. I hope they bed during the april full moon but with all this cold weather I dont know..........keep your fingers crossed. BTW, you can fan cast the hard bottom areas and always catch a few shellcracker. Thats just not my style. If they are not on the beds, I prefer to crappie fish.
