    Default Up coming business trip


    I'm a vendor at the airshow in Lakeland. End of March first of April . Staying in Lakeland. I would like to try my hand at shell crackers. Any help about where to go close by, gear, bait etc would be helpfull. And if someone around there would be going and wouldn't mind an Okie hangin out for a bit, Pm me. Thanks fellas

    JUST A QUICK QUESTION: If u have been doing that for a long time then u probably knew my old friend and neighbor Eddie Swartsworth that owned and flew the Stagawing or cant remember how to pronounce--just know it was a million dollar plane and he went to lakeland every year

    I met Eddie when I was in my twenties! Great guy! Beautifull Staggerwing. I've been in this business 30 plus years, bout time to get my line wet in the sunny SE!

    Eddie and his wife Gloria were neighbors for years. Gloria had her own boat and loved to fish. We were fishing buddies for years. Eddie was a grand guy, loved him to death. He flew every day and buzzed the neighborhood still when he was in his 90"s. Gloria said she used to fly with him, but no way at his age.lol I miss them both dearly.
