Thread: Tampa, near mcdill

Some great shore fishing near MacDill in the saltwater too. Picnic Island Park and across the peninsula to Ballast Point Pier which are both free.

Try Lake Tarpon. Two ramps - Chestnut Park on the southeast side of the lake and Anderson Park on the northwest side off US 19. Google them for more info. Good ramps if you have a boat and Anderson is open 24/7. Chestnut opens at daylight and closes about 5:30 pm.
