"The wireless receiver in your home will chime when the infrared driveway alert sensor outside detects motion, so you’ll be prepared for that unexpected knock at the door or beep in your driveway. Wireless motion sensor mounts outside on a post or wall, and you can set the receiver anywhere in your house (within 400 ft. of the sensor)."

I might just buy one of those instead of fixing the door bell in the house!

So I guess that when you are on the road, you put it in your boat and the reciever in your motel room?

    Default boat security

Maybe I should start a new thread? If so move it. What I was interested in, was I thought they said they used it when they were traveling. I am not so much interestd while at home, but rather on the road. I know some friends of mine have used Baby moniters when camping. They put the moniter (sp) the boat and the speaker in the camper. I know several people have had equipment stolen while on the road, let alone the man that was shoot and killed in Jackson, Mississippi. Just looking for some new ideas.

This is it. Works good under a tarp. You can also place on the wall to scan the boat in a carport or an area that you want an alert. Dog or other varmit, two legged or 4 legged will set it off. Good luck.
