You catching em in the rim canal or on the lake itself? Sarasota is quite a drive from Clewiston.

I am making my first trip to the "O" the first week in April. Am joining some friends who have been making the trip over 30 years so I hope I get some good advice. They fish mainly for bream (bluegill) in the lake and Oscars in the glades. Staying at the Anglers Inn in Clewiston. All new to me. Can't wait.
Oc course, if I can get on the crappie, I wll do that in a heartbeat.
