This was a good story I read last night and my partner and I decided not to fish the windy day. The wind chill was 5. Unfortunately, with this being our coldest weather in decades many schools were closed. I later heard of this report:
A Georgia teenager has been found drowned in Lake Seminole after he and two friends went duck hunting. The victim is identified as Matthew Jernigan, 17, of Early County. It's so tragic when a teenager dies! Be careful and use your heads.

Have been involved with 3 life saving rescues in my life.......
One turned out bad, 2 made a person feel proud to be at right place - and write
