New Toy for Christmas

I have been kicking it around for a while now and finally pulled the trigger. Although I have nothing at all against Lowrance, I have always owned a Humminbird...Until now!! I am going to install a new Lowrance Elite 7 with a new Navionics card on the boat this weekend..Still gonna keep the HB 798 on the console but putting the new toy up front with the transducer mounted on the trolling motor. Can't wait to try it out at Eufaula next weekend!!

I don't know if you read the rules on the crescent slabtogether..............no fish finder/depth finder/GPS tracking device equipment may be used on the day of event........

I wouldn't want you to get disqualified by the rule committee!!! Besides....my money's on spectacklure to out fish all you Talquinettes and he don't even have a portable radio must less that fancy stuff ya'll have!!

nice toy!! good for you. i have two lowrances. i think you will really like it. quality stuff. love eufaula. used to fish it a lot when i lived in alabama for a few years. Jim
