    I am in the carolina skiff with two motors. I believe I have also seen you down by the dam. Bubble gum has been the color the past few days. See you this weekend.

    I live on Talquin just off High Bluff. Mostly fish the east end of the lake and the river. Always in a green gheenoe.

    How you doing with catfish? My biggest at Talquin was a 14lb 12 oz channel taken in the area of Boy Scout. I am leaving Sunday for Santee Cooper to fish the King Kat tournament next Friday and Saturday. When I return, let's meet at Whipporwill for lunch.

    haven't fished them much lately. my biggest in talquin is only 6# 's in hammond creek. do well in freeman and polk creek when i fish for them. great you are going to santee cooper, it is a hell of a lake. lunch at whipporwill sounds good. jim

    howdy Jim...i live in Tallahassee and try to fish Talquin any chance i get....mostly fish the upper end of the lake / river...i'm usually in my green riverhawk or my brothers lowe with a stainless saltwater polin platform....Gonna try to get a kitchen pass tommorow and head that way.
