Didn't see any gators or snakes. They don't bite anyway. LOL! But Harold did find a handful of fireants! Thought he gonna need a trip to emergency room!

Was eluding to it being a perfect picture of a fisherman heading out in early morning
hours to do what he loves to do- fish & be with bond with nature at its bes

You could see the sun commin up, outline of boat and rods amist the water growth..

We might have our own gheenoe by then... :-) Been looking at the used ones on craigs list. Been thinking about getting one to use in the rivers up here in Virginia.

Gheenoe's are very stable - have 15'6" one

have set up to carry 3.2 merc. mtr, 46 lb trolling motor and up to 8 rods for
long lining or spider riggin. (usually have 12 rods on board)
Along with usual 3 tackle bxs, 78 qt cooler /live well with areation pump, electronics,
12 volt marine battery, bait buckets, pfd's, small coolers for drinks, sandwiches. net.

What started out as 156 lbs of Gheenoe that could be somewhat easly moved from
trlr to water, now almost requires derek to lift and set in water - can use them
to fish phosphate pits very nicely and find those "honey holes" to explore
