Those would prolly work but haven't ever used em so can't say for sure.
Buy a pair of cheap but good shoes with a heavy duty sole & get em wet,
they will last a month or two & then they are done. I would get about 3-4 wks
per pair of shoes before the oysters would destroy them but we were also going
3-4 times a week when the flounder were in. Oysters are your biggest danger, you
don't want to fall - them oyster cuts almost always get infected & take a while to heal.
I would rather jump off a scallop boat then fall on them oysters
The finest gift you can give to any fisherman is to put a good fish back, and who knows if the fish that you caught isn't someone else's gift to you?"

I never used gloves just gig the fish, hold on to em until you can get em off the gig pole
& go back to boat or you could stick another one before ya get there
