    I wil be moving to Florida in July My freshwater boat is registered in Indiana My question is wil I have to change my boat to a Florida registration number and how soon. And yes I will be full time resident. Thanks for your response in advance

    YES you will be required to change registration numbers to Florida numbers.

    Not sure legally, but had a friend that did not until his current Wisconsin registration expired. But he never got stopped for anything either. Might be a task explaining resident fishing liscense, resident drivers liscense and out of state registration on boat. Might want to shoot an e mail to fwc on it. Find Answers

    Do make sure and check on that statement of some additional fees may apply. I know at 1 time there was impact fees that were crazy for people moving from out of state and registering vehicles. When and where ya moving to down here? Hope to see ya on the water sometime.

    Near Bradington. The town is called Ellenton going to retire there a place called Colony Cove 301 goes thru it just off 75 Gotta get my house sold in Indiana first. I shootn for first part of July. Then I have to learn how to catch some Specks and brim.

    Probably more an adjustment to severely tannin stained water and shallow lake depths with very little wood. Dont know as the tactics and styles are much different. You are gonna be over in Yelim, Fishin813, Adjust55 and Jamins neck of the woods. Try and hook up with one of them guys and I am sure they can shorten the learnin curve for ya.
