I am not sure how the crappie fishing in June will be, but there is no doubt in my mind that the bass and bream fishing should be pretty darn good!!!...Good Luck to you![]()

Heading south for a vacation in June and looking to possibly target some specks. Is it possible to catch them in Cresent/Dead Lake in June? Also I have never fished for bass or bream there since the few times I have been were during winter. Are there nice bass and bream there as well? Wouldn't mind catching a slam of all three.

Bream fishing should be off the chain. I would imagine dock shootin would be good for Specks around then. I am sure SYG or 65Pontiac will fill ya in a tad better on the Specks up that way in June.
Great fishery, should be able to get on some good fish.
The wind will probably determine where you'll be able to fish.

The finest gift you can give to any fisherman is to put a good fish back, and who knows if the fish that you caught isn't someone else's gift to you?"
Yep, they will be there in June. Just gotta find the right docks.........Bring some crickets and beetle spins along. You can always salvage a summer trip with some big gills.

Thanks for all the great tips. When fishing for specks under docks do you still use minnows?
I am no expert at it but I use a roadrunner. Well, I use a roadrunner fer bout everything!
You can use either but artificial works good enough.
