A buddy of mine was kind enough to take me and my 3 yr old daughter out yesterday afternoon. It was her first fishin trip. We caught somewhere in the ball park of 25 specks...kept 13...all caught shallow....most were males...the few females that we kept had row. It was awesome to see how excited my girl would get every time we caught a fish...i think she's hooked...

Nice catch. Both my boys now ages 10 & 7 caught their first fish at the age of 3. Since then there has been many many trips. Keep taking her and take lots of pics when you do, you will be glad you did later on.
