Yeah this list doesnt have much credability IMO. I think that the results are based off overall history in the crappie fishing community not present lake condition. I hear the Harris Chain used to be excellent but even since I have been down here it hasnt been to hot. I agree with you on the GA lakes being above Talquin as well, Clarks Hill is the only lake that could possibly beat out Talquin. But for Crescent to not be on the list is ridiculous IMO, it has took over 14lbs the past 3 years to win the CrappieUSA tournament. I definately agree about Reelfoot being overrated, alot of big wigs are involved with that lake so I see why its on here. I think the Chamber of Commerce near some of these lakes may have done some lobbying as well, lol. Thats the only way i can explain it...........Where are all the Southern California lakes at? SoCal has some EXCELLENT lakes for HUGE crappie.
