First replace your bulb. Then find someone with a portable gas can and put 2 gallons gas, correct amount of oil and 2 cans of sea foam. Start your motor and run for 15 -20 minutes and shut off and let sit overnight. Next day repeat but let set about 3 hours and repeat until your can is empty. Then repeat with same fuel mix with seafoam and take to river or lake and run full throttle for 15 minutes and half throttle 15 minutes and let sit overnight again. Then run again until fuel is gone. Add 1 can of seafoam in 6-10 gallons of fuel from that point on and should be good unless you have grit in jets. then time for a carb rebuild. I would suggest investing in a fuel/ water seperator/ filter for future. And dont worry about mix ratio on seafoam can, you can not over concentrate it just treat it like fuel and add oil mix appropriately. Hope this helps ya. Fixed my old motor right up and starts on first pull and never misses a lick.
