Vote for FL Moderated Fishing Reports Forum.

Before you vote you need to be aware of what a "Florida Moderated Detailed Fishing Report" forum is.

First off, nothing changes, this is only an additional fishing forum for Florida. All it's Threads are "Moderated". That is, a moderator has to approve the thread before it gets posted. No BS will be approved, only detailed report. And only if you have been a member for 25 days, AND made 25 posts, can you even see this forum. Once a thread has been posted, subsequent posts can be made without having to be approved, but they should also be "report" orientated.


The idea is to have a place for members to share detailed fishing report information with other members and not feel that they are sharing details with the entire Internet world. Some members have felt that lurkers simply take advantage of the site and do not contribute or participate. This should encourage new members to join in the fun, and current members to share more info. At least that's the idea. We've tried it on other state forums and it seems to be well received.

It was brought up on the Georgia forum, and I can agree with it.
If ya want something worth something, generally you are willing to pay for it.
It has been suggested that a yearly fee of $25.00 a year be paid to be a member of the moderated
forum. but the regular forum would still be free, etc......
I can do that = it certainly would cut out the lurkers, and if there are those that don't habit the
forum very much but still see our point, they'd probably put in the bucks just to support us, etc..
What ya'll think about that idea ?????????????????
