I been fishing Kentucky river creeks cause I don't got a boat. Anyone ever been fishing in the creeks or halls on the river I'm trying to find the crappie but not one yet.... Surely they will be up in the creeks near the banks soon.

Lost a pole a few weeks back myself. 12 foot BnM.................. got caught up in landing a monster catfish.............musta had that thing torked hard while looking down on moby cat............next thing I knew ...................SnnnnnnnnnAAAAAPPPPPPP. Folks fishing in the area said it sounded like a 22 going off....lol.........took 30 mins before I felt my right hand again. Stupid is as stupid does................................... but I just wanted to see that cat

CG1 you'll need a basket of crickets or river worms or dip you some grass shrimp. Also Sandy's has the LONG shank bream hooks, little biddy weighted bobbers, and some bb weights. I use ultra lights and cast up and under the trees and even into them sometimes. I've never been good enough to stick fish like HS does.
