lake manattee is on fire

went to the tournament on thi lake today did really good had lot of 1.2lber took today long lining 40 to 60 feet back using 32 and 64th jig head and fishing 4 to 6 feet water .... it tarted out with a bang and ended in a bang thi lake is on fire with the spawn right now ..lost and got broken off an a few big ones... dam if i didnt u 2 lb test i might of got them but i might of not even had the bit with anything bigger ... i dont know ......lol.........

yes it is a year round lake i love it as well ... yes it wa nice meeting you to stu...... is thiss the only one you r going to fish in the south div r do u do more of the north tournaments .. ether way it alway good getting together to fish .....

Going to try and fish a few of both....Monroe, Walk-on-water, Arebuckle?, Griffin, Tarpon....... enjoyed meeting new folks, and it was a great day to be on the water. My trolling motor had a workout I could fish that place for a week and still want more.
