Terry got the Temporary Certificate of Occupancy on the site he's building up here so they can open the doors to business soon and as soon as he's done with the punch list we are outta here!! Yay! Really can't wait to get down there and hang out with everyone. Terry wants to go to Tarpon with you and Mike.
