You guys/girls that haven't submitted a pic of yourself to Flycaster to be
put on the thread of member photos -->
    http://www.crappie.com/crappie/flori...tos-names.html
Please do so, so we can connect with the pic and when we run into each other at slabfests.
I can't remember folks from one slabfest to the next and is embarrassing asking someone "who are you" ......
And they reply, J*** C*** son, we been fishing together for five years and you still don't know me ! ! !
Well, I ain't that bad yet, but, gettin there .....

Oh no, now you've done it. All those Talquin boys are going to have to spend hours searching the internet for crazy photos to submit. Here we go again.

    J/k.... It's a great idea.

    And another thing .............................
At this recent slabfest, name tags were given out to new folks so us old timers could know them,
but, they didn't know our names cause we weren't wearing any name tags.
I would like to suggest that we "ALL" make sure to have a name tag on .....
And that'd sure make my life a lot easier. I try and get around and talk a little bit with everyone,
especially the folks I don't know, but, hate asking them who they are and find out I've met them
    before etc, etc, etc .....
So, from now on I'm gonna wear one I make up for myself, kinda like Flycaster's ..................
And, if you ain't got one on, don't blame me for not knowing who ya are ............................
Just the facts ma'am, just the facts .................................................. ........................

Phantom, you oughta make up some personalized monogrammed shirts for all of us to wear at these events. That would be your contribution to the cause

Funny you brought this up, I was thinking the same thing as a new person looking around at all the faces that I knew I had already met but couldnt quite remember their real name. I mean Terry had to keep telling me who you were over and over and over and we've been friends online for a while now.

Anyways, I would like to volunteer to make nametags for everyone.... The kind that hang around your neck. And maybe we can keep them in a box and folks can get theirs and wear them and at the end take them off and put them back so next time they don't have to remember to bring them. It would be easier for new folks to identify the regulars and probably make it easier for everyone to interact.

I was going to PM Speckanator and a few others about this but since you brought it up thought I would post. What do you all think?

I have a laminater and card size laminates. As far as keeping them...I don't know! Some people come only once or twice and they'd be taking up space it the box. I plan to keep mine in my tackle box with my cigars....I'll never forget it then!! Flycaster has worn one forever but it never caught on til now.....Great suggestion*****!
