    A big thanks go out to Jeff & Dawn, Mike & Susan and flycaster for hosting and cooking. It was nice to meet Ed and his wife who have the best crappie site on the web
    Russ said it all what an awesome day! Great group of folks, good food, and a few laughs.

    the "slab fest" looks like it was a success. guess its a good thing i did not come as i burned up my motor yesterday. looking for a good used 100 horse or so, pm me if you know where one might be. i had a 115 evinrude on that 20 foot basstracker pontoon (yes i know thats oversized for the boat)

    cabo rick just dipped em in eggs and run em thru louisiana fish fry.drop em in 325-350 grease for about 3 minutes.speckanator and flycaster are great cooksHands Clapping

    Thanks guys.Will drag out my old deep fryer and give it a try.Usually i do the old olive oil and cayenne pepper in foil and on the BBQ.
