Do you think we should make our minds up this weekend to change it to Sunday or the following weekend. Maybe the guys staying at Georgia boys need to know so they can change reservations without a penality. Or even extend thier stay. The same for those staying at leonards landing. Just a thought.

My I thinking is we should wait until the middle of the week and check on it. It would be hard to reserve another date for the park area. If we change the date, it might have to be a fishing trip and lunch at the Banana Tree or something. Weather can change for the better or worse in just a few days. The 60% chance of rain doesn't bother me it's the wind that might screw things up.

if winds are even 8 mph that place will be really hard to fish. winds were 12mph last week when i was there and it was UNFISHABLE! it was crazy out there. I think dunns creek and dead lake can be fished if the wind is up but if the wind gets up on Crescent i will be outta there real quick. There hasnt even been any good reports from Crescent coming out. Im not tryin to discourage anyone but there are some other lakes in central florida that are producing good catches letely, i caught 40 at one today :D. If the weather is gonna be bad next weekend maybe a change in lakes would be a good idea. If you have to change weekends im sure that some people will not get to go.

OK, I say lets go with what is planned and if we do not fish at least it will be a weekend out with people with the same interest. We have at least six more months of good fishing ahead of us. Maybe getting together we can plan future trips. Looking forward to putting faces with names.

The forecast today shows 0% rain :D and 10mph wind quite a change!! It looks like it's going to be great weather so I apoligize for setting off the early weather alarm.
