Default Finally, a crappie day in Jacksonville

After fishing two times a week for the past month and only catching a couple each time I finally got into them thanks to to fish warden. Tuesday I was on Trout Creek and the man was checking me out. He told me he lived close to me in Mandarin and said to try out Durbin Creek which is only a mile from me to the ramp. (trout creek 15 miles) So I took his advice yesterday and here is the final result. I owe that man a fish dinner. :D

You Da Man! Nice batch of candy. They'll fry good :p
Hey 65pontiac, I live just over the river near Whitey's FC.
Now that the weather has been stable and temp on the rise, fishing should improve. Tomorrow or Sat. probably the best days over last few weeks.

It seemed that these fish were so hungary that they hit everything I threw at them. Had 6 poles out, 3 with a differant colored jig and 3 with minnows. Pulled them all out of one hole that was 20 ft deep 50 yards wide and about 150 yards long. Going to give it a try again in the morning.
