I agree indian praire is more comfortable when the weather kicks up but I would disagree that it is fished out.........crowded at times,YES, but even when its crowded people are still catching quality fish.....as sliknquik stated above, he's limited twice so far......I believe spots like Harney Pond, Indian Prarie, Kissimee River, Nubbins Slough, & others, are what some refer to as replenishing spots.........roaming open water fish, find these areas and it suits there needs at a particular time so they just stay.....obviously some times are better than others, but generaly speaking, when the crappie find areas like these they stay for a while...fortunately for guys like us, our grandparents, & parrents figured it out & saved us countless hours of mindlessly floating around wondering where to fish!!
I hope this did'nt come across like I jumped up on a soap box.......I'm just trying to say the areas we have been talking about can still produce good fishing if you hit it right....& of all the spots Chobee has to offer...these are still among the mot reliable.....
