    Default Sturgeon Pictures

I use cut crappie for sturgeon bait. I use litttle chunks for bait. We have landed over 800 sturgeon off my Jet Boat. It doesn't take a big bait to catch big fish. Cut Bait is legal in Idaho. Little crappie you can't fillet. Squaw Fish, Trout, Perch, chubs, and white Fish, Some times suckers (bye the way is very good eating. Caught out of rivers. Catch and release only in Idaho.
I used Crappie niblets for the first time it seems to increase my catch on crappie. I finally learned how to post pictures thanks guys.

This fish is 6ft 6 inches long her first sturgeon.

Half hour later Deena's husband caught a 7 ft 5inch. His first. Then we went and caught a mess of crappie. We were in my jet boat.

John I won't make that mistake again. If some one makes a smart remark and thinks its funny so be it. They might think its cute. So be it. Your hunting threads is a great idea. i doubt you have ever caught a fish and i also doubt you spell check your posts

your a very negative person bout peoples fishing skills, why dont you just post bout yourself and what you do and not comment on whether someone can or has caught a sturgeon, salmon, or bluegill

    Default i caught one

I caught one the other day, and didn't use anything except 2 AA batteries, my remote and a tv. It didn't put up much of a fight either, but I did have to break for a commercial.

    Default Fishing

I retired 17 years ago at 53 yrs. old. After I retired I went on a fishing spree that lasted for 24 months five days a week. Baught a new Jet Boat and went fishing. Theres one fish I don't know anything about thats walleye. I've only caught two. My first was a 8 and a half pound wally out of the Columbia river. Second one was 8 inches thats it. I would trade a sturgeon fishing trip to learn about walleye. I will guarantee the person will catch one. My wife came in and helped me with my spelling.

Using Crappie for bait is not legal here, if it was it's probably a sin atleast in my book. I thought Sturgeon were trash fish like Gar and Carp.:p
