Rak, ain't nothing crazy about it. Gotta cover your back at all costs. Don't need a conceal permit for these and could save your life someday!!

In the city I have always carried an Old Timer. In the country it depends on the situation what I carry. I lost an old friend about two months ago. My fixed blade boy scout knife I've had since 1967.

I had rather leave home without pants. I used to carry a case but I dont like them anymore. I carry a sodbuster jr and have for the last 10 or 12 years. I had a old 85 model case sodbuster I found smack dab in the middle of a 150 acre hunting ground. My uncle owns it and He lost the knife and I called him and asked him if it was his and it was. I couldnt believe I found this knife in the middle of the woods. Anyways He wouldnt take it back and I carried it for a couple of years then realized I wouldnt want to loose it so I put it up. I bought a new sodbuster, they aint what they used to be. Stainless isnt for me so I bought a yellow handeled sodbuster with a chrome vanadium blade, after 3 of those with cracked and or chipped blades I realized case knives are not all that great anymore. I bought a queen sodbuster about a year ago and it is tuff but is hard to sharpen and dulls easily. Im gonna try a german eye next, or maybe a bear and son. I just love the sodbuster style of knife in the jr. size. Its about like a kitchen parring knife. If Im awake it is in my pocket.
