A very long time ago me and my buddy went fishing for some brream and shellcracker. I know that my buddy is very afraid of wasp. I honestly feel that he can hear a wasp from a hundred feet away. He is kind of like Radar on M.A.S.H. because he can here those wasp before they get to us.
The place that we were fishing is very thick with cypress trees everywhere you look. I could see a very large wasp nest a few yards away and I didn't say a thing until we got close up to the nest. I casually told my buddy to be very still because of the nest. He then looked around and spotted the nest and you should have hear him. This is a family site so I can't print what he said.
Well, about an hour later we were in a different location but it was still alot of cypress trees. My buddy knows that I am ok with snakes as long as I can see them first. After fishing for a while my friend starts to backing the boat up. I felt the boat hit up against a tree. I wasn't thinking a thing about it until I looked right above my head and there was a very large oak snake hanging on a limb that right above my head. I got a hold of the paddle and quietly advised my friend to move the boat up very slowly or he would be wearing a paddle.
I guess I better think twice before scaring him with the wasp. Hey we did end up catching abunch a shellcracker.
