    Default Static electricity......

Ibnfshn previous post rang a bell.

    DYK?

High tech weather gear and boat carpet can cause shock? Yep. Walking across carpet can generate up to 35,000 volts. In theory, this can damage electronic equipment. So, when you out, don't play with yourself too much.

    oh my...lol.

This is the reason you are supposed to ground yourself before working on any circuit boards in a puter or any other electrical equipment. "pop"...there goes the board!

I've always wondered why some people carry ALOT of static electricity and seem to ALWAYS get shocked or shock someone...and some people it very rarely or barely effects. Guess the have electrofying personalities!
"But if serving the Lord seems undesirable to you, then choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your ancestors served beyond the Euphrates, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you are living. But as for me and my household, we will serve the Lord.” Joshua 25:15

I usually take LuLu my Golden Retriever with me fishing. On those dry days with a little static in the air she'll walk up and touch your neck and almost make you wet your pants. It's worse than getting shocked by 110 volts
