    Default mini kota trolling motor

Thinking about getting a new trolling motor with co-pilot or auto-pilot. Does anybody have any comments or suggestions on a model. Any help is greatly appreciated

If you longline troll the auto pilot is a must. I have the new Terrova AP/CP and havent had any problems at all.

I have a MK ap/cp also, now that I know the difference, fishing without one is like work.

I have the power drive with both ap and cp. Get it!!!. Cp is a must when shooting docks for me. I run all over my boat and that little remote I have attached to my rod. si a life saver Otherwise I would be tied to my foot pedal. The AP is a must when trolling and the variable speed is a dream !!!

I found the Co Pilot most valuable on my smaller boat, one less thing to trip on. plus you can move around the boat and have control of the Troller. Spend the money you'll be glad you did. Same with the auto pilot

I also have the Terrova ap/cp 55#. Best trolling motor made for a troller, slow or fast. I absolutely love mine. Just got the cp unit hooked up and used one time. Seems to make me that much lazier.
