I run my older Lowrance fish finder and trolling motor off 1 battery, after i got my trolling motor i started getting interference on my finder and i was told i needed to have a separate battery, the question i have is does the 522 have this problem, just trying not to buy an extra battery if not needed.

    thanks

I don't know, but you could always use a lawnmower battery or motorcycle battery to run the Lowrance. Small and compact and should power it for hours.
