Default Humminbird 997 NVB vs waypoint reference.

I tried out the 997 gps. I drove right to my waypoints. That good. However, my waypoints were on the river drops where I put them, but the NVB reference map showed I was in the middle of the river.

Tried the HB out at night. Fine display. I rotated the ram mount and used the HB display for a flashlight. Worked fine. Found my glasses.

One thing I did notice on zoom is that some waypoint icons get big and some don't.
