Thread: Best deal on a Terrova

i have the terrova and love it don't have he wireless i dont see a need for it i sve the 24 volt 80 lb will troll all day long never have run her down

I don't have a Terrova but have heard a lot of good things about them. The Co-pilot (wireless) is great after you get use to it. But I'm not going to give up my pedal completely. It gives me a backup if the wireless dies. Plus in the winter its easier to use the pedal while my hands stay in my pockets. I can just picture me pulling my hands out of my pocket real fast to reel in a biggin, and there goes the remote flying off. LOL

After using mine with the co-pilot. I would not use it again without it. Also I would not have one without the US/2 built in transducer And the auto pilot. AS it keeps you from trying to keep the cable out of the way.

I have the auto pilot but not the terrova but fished for walley the other night with speck and like the pedal on those 10 times better than mine. If you fish any way besides trolling thats the route to go. I also agree with the previos post about the built in transducer dad has it on his its alot less aggrevating than trying to keep the cable from getting caught up when deploying or storing, I think a wise investment!
