My first modern Humminbird was a 737. It convinced me to go to the more expensive units. The 737 with its quadrabeam technology is like side imaging little brother. Instead of trying to find fish with a 6- 10 ' cone in thirty feet of water I had a 60' area of coverage.

After two years I sold it on Ebay for less than 35.00 than I paid for it. If finances prevent you from investing in the more expensive units the 737 is a real effective unit in its own right.
