I don't know about the twist factor but that is a lot of weight to be moving up there. That 30 gal tank, when full, is equivalent to another person sitting up there. How about moving them up there temporarily then go for a ride a see how she handles? If you do it make sure they are well secured as that is the roughest riding part of the boat.
