The large 2 blade prop goes like a banshee on even medium speed and cuts through weeds like no tomorrow. So why would a use the smaller bladed 3-blade prop?

The three bladed prop will chop the weeds and lessen the chance of weeds wrapping around the shaft.

Try them both, use the one that you like the most.

So far the larger 2-blade does great - in weeds and speed.
The PEXMOR 36# thrust tm is well worth $136, pushing my 11' jon and 10' V on a heavy duty battery that lasts all day. It moves the boat fast!

The charger still shows 90% power left on my huge 70 lb battery after heavy use - even with 2 in the boat. Oh my aching back lifting it out to be charged. Always reminds me of how out-of-shape I am even though 75 years of age which is no excuse.

note: I can't leave it in the boat when trying to get it on the trailer that's on a steep launch or when changing boats. (BTW I got a hand-winch coming today.)
