I had a Helix 9 SI G2N that croaked after doing an update last year. It was stuck in a reboot loop. The warranty went out like 6 months prior. I contacted support and they paid for shipping, but told me it may cost me the repair fee. A few weeks later I got an email stating they replaced the main board and there was no fee. I actually got a new unit. I can't complain about that.
