    To use the Minn Kota MDI with the HELIX 7 Mega SI G3N GPS - you would need to change the Connected Transducer setting to “Built in HW + MDI” to shut off the SI transmitters in the head unit ...

    Firing the SI transmitters to an xducer that has no SI piezoes can fry the transmitters ...
