I just finished pairing and calibrating my heading sensor for my Terrova. I have it on a switch. If I turn the power switch off to the sensor will I have to recalibrate it?

I just finished pairing and calibrating my heading sensor for my Terrova. I have it on a switch. If I turn the power switch off to the sensor will I have to recalibrate it?
I may be getting older but I refuse to grow up.
