Nav data is stored in the unit's memory. It can only get on the SD card if you export it from the NAV menu. But corrupt data on SD cards and in unit's memory can cause problems. So, would suggest;

Man I just appreciate the suggestion. Heck I’m willing to try anything if the warranty is not going to be covered.
