Where is the battery going to be located? Depending on if it is not easy to get to or in an enclosed compartment, I may use marine wire connectors to attach to the battery clamps. You may also consider adding a switch to each of the two lights, protected by fuses. If you already have a fuse block and unused switches in the panel, that would make things easier.
