Don't have that exact transducer, but I run a Garmin 7 up front on a Terrova, cut a piece of yoga mat and placed between transducer and TM.... helped a lot.

Another thing to try which has fixed all my interference issues is run a ground to the trolling motor skeg and ground it to a ground of your starting battery. Any ground up front will work as long as it goes to the starting battery. I drilled a hole in the skeg and used a self tapping screw and then covered it in liquid Electrical Tape..
