I had an issue with a Helix 10 Mega unit doing same. I knew my wiring was good. My motor cranked just fine spending whole day on water. My unit was doing same as yours. Had my battery checked and it checked good......took it to 2 more places and it checked bad.....replaced battery and all has been well since. If you know the wiring is correct.......proper gauge.......good connections......would take good look at battery.

After 4 hrs of playing with the new Mega 9” it would shut down, and I would restart it and it would run a few minutes and shut down a second time. Started the motor and turned it back on and never shut down again. Motor was charging the battery. Got home, yanked the 3 going on 4 yrs old battery and replaced it with a new one late this afternoon.

I was having this same problem with a new unit, turned out to be the power cable.
