Yep !! I'm with you, Redge .... mother lode of shad on the bottom & scattered balls of shad nearby (top pic). Bottom pic looks like a ball of shad that are circling in tight formation. I've seen them do that in late Summer, staying in one spot and just circling around and around ... going nowhere. And according to that water temp, that's what I'd expect them to be doing.
