Default Networking Helix with Ipilot Link

    Hello,

I currently own a Helix 9 SI and am in the process of ordering a new Ulterra with Ipilot Link.

I plan on purchasing a secondary Helix unit and need some advise on the part numbers needed in order to link all the devices together.

I've been trying to call both Minn Kota and Humminbird about this all day, but both phones are constantly busy.

You will need an AS EC QDE adapter cable for each HELIX ...

You will need AS ETH 5XPG Ethernet switch ...
    http://www.humminbird.com/Products/AS-EC-QDE/

The AS ETH 5XPG requires 12v power so plan it's installation ...

Then you will need an Ethernet cable for each HELIX long enough to reach the AS ETH 5XPG switch ...
    http://www.humminbird.com/Freshwater...s/?facets=7319,

The iLink should come with an Ethernet cable to reach the AS ETH 5XPG switch ...

Not necessarily related to networking, but the heading sensor that comes with the Ulterra will also require 12v power to plan for as well. Rickie is the man. He sent me this same info when I set my new Ulterra up a few months ago.
