Got my heading sensor mounted on mine

I bought one of these(Da Ducer.) did not like it. too clunky. hard to deploy. bolts broke. put a one inch pvc pipe on an old motor guide trolling motor bracket with gas assist cylinders. easy in. easy out. can turn pvc pipe to any direction (poor mans 360). I think "Canepole" used something like this at one time. i liked the fact that i do not have side image on a trolling motor motor(turns too much) and there is no electrical interference when mounted away from electronics and trolling motor. plus is motor guide trooling motor bracket has a breakaway spring systen and pvc gives also.
(no breabing transducer). i broke a transducer on (Da ducer)

Glad you like it. I got one about a month ago and am very happy. I made a mistake at first and put the transducer on "wrong: side of mounting plate. Well. technically it's not wrong it's just that the way I had it the transducer was out front and could get damaged by hitting brush piles, etc. I mounted on back side of plate and feel much better.

I couldn't figure out how to edit my post. What I want to clarify is, the picture I posted needs to be rotated 90 degrees clockwise.
