Thread: Fish ID

This is on a lake.

This ledge is a river channel that runs through a flat. 6 to 8 feet deep on either side. Found these fish stacked up but can't identify what they might be. They were stacked like this all through the channel. I was thinking white bass. What do you guys think they are.

They wouldn't hit a jig. In the spring I can't keep them off my line. Lol.

At first I thought catfish because the size of the arches. Anyone think that's a possibility?
